Description

CONTINUOUS AIRTIGHT PARISON OFBLOW-FILL-SEAL PROCESS

In the airtight parison process, containers are formed, filed, and sealed the same as in the open parison processHowever, there is no parison cutting between each blow-fill-seal cycle. The possibility of environmental pollutionis signifcantly reduced.During the continuous airtight parison process, the filling mandrel is directly passed through the extruder head andthen retracted into the extruder head after cleaning and sterilization.To protect the product from the overheating, each filling mandrel is enclosed in a double cooling jacket. in productionthe containers are iled immediately after they are formed. A singie form and fil cycle only takes approximately threeto four seconds to complete.

 

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF CONTINUOUS BFS AND SHUTTLE BFS

The traditional blow-fil-seal integrated machine is a shutle type. The production process incudes extrusion, molding, filingand punching stations, The forming die receives and cuts the extnuided tube at the extrusion station, and then the formingdie is transferred to the filing station to complete the forming, filing, and sealing processes, and finally transfered to thepunching station to separate the product from the waste. The production efficiency is on the low side, and the transfer of thepreform in the production process is carried out in an open state. The continuous blow-fll-seal integrated machine cancomplete the closed aseptic production of extrusion, molding, flling, sealing and cuiting in one step. Most of the continuousblow-fil-seal integrated machines currently on the market are rotary multi – mode integrated machines or single * station/double-station integrated machines, The rotary multi-mode al-in -one machine has high production capacity, but its structureis complex, debugging operation is difficult, equipment cost is high, and product type replacement is infiexible, The singlestation/double station all-in ane machine is simple in structure, easy to operate, low in equipment cost, and can flexiblychange product type
